A person who desires to obtain information under the provisions of Right to Information ACT-2005 may do so by making a request in writing and enclosing therewith requisite fee in the form of IPO or Bank Draft to be drawn in favour of Assistant secretary, Railway Recruitment Board, Siliguri.
